MANUFACTURING FACILITIES

  • PROCESSING OF COMPOSITE MATERIALS
    • Manufacture of composites using vacuum infusion method
    • Cutting and marking complex for non-metallic materials (1300 x 1200 mm, thickness up to 50 mm)
    • Thermoforming polymerization chamber (7000 mm x 2500 mm x 2500 mm)
  • WOODWORKING
    • 3-axis CNC milling machines, manufacture of master models from MDF and wooden forms (max. dimensions 3000 x 2000 x 200 mm)
    • Band saw machine (cutting height up to 457 mm)
  • WELDING
    • Welding of steel up to 10 mm thick (max. dimensions of the welded product 6000 mm x 1500 mm x 2000 mm)
    • Welding of aluminum and copper alloys up to 5 mm thick (max. dimensions of the welded product 1500 x 800 x 1000 mm)
  • PAINTING
    • Pre-treatment chambers (internal dimensions 6500 x 3500 x 2700 mm, 6500 x 7000 x 2700 mm)
